3 Storeys & 5 or more rooms

Licensing - Make sure your Landlord and your property is correctly licensed. If you are looking for a house for 5 or more rooms and they are on the 3 storeys or more, the Property AND Landlord must be licensed. Don't deal with rogue landlords- check out your landlord and ask to see the paperwork. As you would expect all our relevant properties are licensed with Liverpool City Council.
