Sefton Park is the place to be this weekend
It’s brilliant that we have the beautiful Sefton Park on our doorstep, but it’s extra special when it is home to great events like the Liverpool Food and Drink Festival. It all kicks off this weekend and the park will host lots of stalls from some of Liverpool’s most loved restaurants, bars and food providers.
Head down from 10.30am-6.30pm on Saturday and 10.30am-5.30pm on Sunday; it could be just the thing your first hangover of the term needs! It’s also a great way to spend a day tucking into some local specialties and finding new places to become your regular haunts in the city.
If you’re a new student joining us in Liverpool, we recommend you head for the Almost Famous, Nolita Cantina and Matou stalls, they’re especially good and we can guarantee they’ll become firm favourites of yours!
If you consider yourself a bit of a foodie or just want to get some cooking tips for this university term, there are several top chefs who will be giving masterclasses and demonstrations across the weekend. We’re looking forward to what Levi Roots has cooking!
