Liverpool student accommodation for 2013-2014

Amidst all the chaos that December and January stands for, your student housing for the next academic year isn’t the most pressing issue on your mind! If you have already been searching our site for the perfect Liverpool student accommodation and have found it, then congratulations! If not, don’t panic. At Rooms4u, we still have lots of unique and value for money properties which will be right up your street, (unintended pun.) Head to our homepage and you can begin your search by price, location or number of housemates.

Most of our new contracts start in July, giving you loads of time to get yourself sorted and scout out all the best places in your new local area! If you’re not sure where you want to be spending the next year of your studies, we have a series of helpful guides which should make the choice that little bit easier and a few helpful tips here too…

Sefton Park is the best for access to Liverpool favourite Lark Lane. With a huge selection of restaurants, cafes and bars, you will find the perfect bohemian place that saves you trekking into town every weekend. Like all our properties, the area has brilliant transport links to the city centre and Liverpool universities. Sefton Park is a lovely area which is buzzing with live music and performances in summer and the best place to head for Bonfire Night.

Smithdown Road is the student hub of Liverpool. With a big supermarket and friendly pubs nearby, you have everything you could need on your doorstep. Regular bus service means you will be in the city centre within fifteen minutes (on a good day) and is the perfect extension of city life.

The Georgian Quarter in Liverpool city centre is a gorgeous area of the city and would mean you could walk, or crawl to University easily. There’s loads of little areas in the centre so you’ll be spoilt for choice on where to eat, shop, drink and relax. It will also save that rush hour panic after a long day in the library!

So with that, get house hunting!
