Halloween’s over for another year and the run up to Christmas is just around the corner. But before all the festive celebrations begin, we have all of the excitement of Bonfire night to look forward to!
To celebrate Guy Fawkes night, there’s two public celebrations in Liverpool- one in Newsham Park and one in Sefton Park (right next to lots of our student accommodation).
Both displays will start from 7.30pm and usually last for 20 minutes each.
This year in Sefton Park, the Palm House will be playing host to a whole host of independent stalls. With hand crafted products, gluhwein, locally brewed beer and tasty food on offer, this is the place to head before the fireworks begin.
It’s always really busy at the Sefton Park display so we’d recommend heading down early to get the best space.
Lark lane is also just a 5 minute walk from the park so if you fancy carrying on the celebrations, there are lots of bars and restaurants open until late.
