Rooms4u have just un-veiled a new ‘Maintenance Request’ feature on the web-site, to make it easier than ever for our students to report any issues with their homes. Tenants can now log a maintenance request via a simple form in the ‘Help’ student area of the rooms4u site, any time of the day or night and without the need to phone the office.
The Rooms4u team will receive your request as an email so we have all the details on record, and we can then arrange for the maintenance to be completed as quickly as possible. Always try and leave as much detail as you can and make sure your contact info is correct, so that we can then complete your requests as quickly and smoothly as possible.
