We are ‘Rate Your Landlord’ Award Winning Landlords

Rooms4u are delighted to announce that we have just won an award for ‘Picture Perfect Accommodation’ at the Rate Your Landlord Awards 2013! We also came runners up in the ‘Student Satisfaction Award’ and overall ‘Best Landlord Award.’ Following our brilliant win in 2011, we’re very proud to be recognised again.

We came out on top when students were asked, ‘Was your property as advertised?’ meaning you can put your trust in Rooms4u when choosing your perfect student pad for next term.

Now in it’s third year, the survey encourages students from Liverpool’s top three universities, Liverpool John Moores, Hope University and the University of Liverpool, to vote for their landlord, making sure those who create the best student housing in the city are celebrated.
