4 Arundel is a great house for a big group of students to live in.
4 Arundel is a great house for a big group of students to live in. It's spacious and has two bathrooms and kitchens which is really handy. Close enough to Smithdown Road but 2 minutes from Sefton Park make it a great location and the bus stops nearby are really handy. Rooms4U are great at handling calls, they generally respond quickly and send someone to fix whatever has gone wrong.
The Neighbourhood
Kensington is a popular place for students to live as rent is amongst some of the cheapest in the city! Plus, it's ideal for those who attend LJMU or The University of Liverpool as it’s only a couple minutes walk to the city centre campuses!
