Great Maintenance Team and Helpful Office Staff
Great and safe area. I live in a studio so it's important for me that I feel safe. Great maintenance team and helpful office staff. Close to my university and the city centre and the GP is next door! Also close to bus stops so I can get around easily.
The Neighbourhood
Located in the south of the city, Smithdown Road in Liverpool is a very popular student area thanks to an abundance of bars, restaurants and takeaways being on your doorstep, as well as being in close proximity of Liverpool’s universities, Sefton Park and the city centre.
