Staff are Always Friendly
Rooms 4 u have been great the whole 1 and a half years I 've been with them. Whenever I have reported a problem they have sorted it straight away and to standard. The property I am in now is value for money, had plenty of space and character. The area the property is located in is also a very nice area. The staff are always friendly and have been understanding when payments have been slightly late due to student finance delays. Overall no complaints and plan to stay with them until I leave uni

Located in the south of the city, Smithdown Road in Liverpool is a very popular student area thanks to an abundance of bars, restaurants and takeaways being on your doorstep, as well as being in close proximity of Liverpool’s universities, Sefton Park and the city centre.
