Staff are Always Friendly
Rooms 4 u have been great the whole 1 and a half years I 've been with them. Whenever I have reported a problem they have sorted it straight away and to standard. The property I am in now is value for money, had plenty of space and character. The area the property is located in is also a very nice area. The staff are always friendly and have been understanding when payments have been slightly late due to student finance delays. Overall no complaints and plan to stay with them until I leave uni

Sefton Park is a beautiful Grade 1 listed historic park, within walking distance of both Lark Lane and Smithdown Road.
