Friendly and Helpful Company
Rooms4u have been great landlords, every issue that has occurred in the property across our tenancy has been dealt with as quick as possible with the best workmanship seen to. Karl has been great with helping us find somewhere to live next year that met our requirements, when most properties had been let out. The company are friendly and helpful on the phone with issues and when it comes to paying rent etc. The company are also understanding with personal issues when they occurr. All in all, my year with Rooms4u has been great and i am pleased that i will be staying with them next year, in another of their properties.
