A Great Experience

Laura Towers

I have rented with Rooms 4u for 3 years now and I have had a great experience. The office staff are very helpful and quick to respond to any queries. The team of maintenance staff are always on hand to help and they have always fixed things the same day that the issue has been reported. The flat is furnished to a high standard and the communal areas are regularly checked and cleaned. The flat is situated close to Lark Lane and Sefton Park, it is the perfect location for students and young professionals. I would recommend Rooms 4u to anyone looking to rent a property in Liverpool.

The Neighbourhood

Our City Centre accommodation lies predominantly in the Georgian Quarter, a beautiful residential area located right in the centre of the city. The area is grade 2 listed, it’s cobbled streets lined with rows of tall, elegant Georgian terraces. There is a thriving café culture in the area, with local residents gathering in popular cafes such as Quarter, Kimos, or The Blackburn House. The Philharmonic Hall is just on the corner of Hope Street, along with the Everyman and Unity Theatres, and local pubs such as The Caledonia, The Blackburn Arms or Peter Kavanagh’s are perfect for a drink if you don’t fancy strolling down to the City’s main streets. Don’t worry too much about the morning after either, as from the Georgian Quarter you can roll out of bed straight to lectures.
